From the Classroom to the Executive Table
Dr. Fredrick L. Hickmon has spent more than two decades serving students, educators, families, schools, universities, nonprofits, and communities. His experience includes classroom teaching, school and district leadership, higher education instruction, nonprofit executive leadership, consulting, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has focused on improving systems, strengthening leadership, supporting social-emotional wellness, and creating practical solutions that help people and organizations grow.

Dr. Hickmon has served as a teacher, coach, principal, assistant superintendent, adjunct professor, executive director, and consultant. His leadership work has included federal programs, technology, human resources, instructional improvement, professional development, school turnaround, community partnerships, and strategic planning.
